Excellent on DX; Passable on FX to 13mm

This lens is an excellent combination of performance, weight, and value. Auto-focus is fast and almost silent (make sure it works with your body as AF-P only works with relatively recent ones). It's very sharp on DX (better at f/8). On FX: it works out to around 13mm without actual vignetting; however, wide open the corner brightness drop-off is just OK at 14mm and actually gets worse as you go to 20mm; edge sharpness beyond the DX crop in the corners is pretty bad--it has the look of a cheap toy lens in that area with almost linearly blurred objects that aren't actually out of focus or moving; so for FX it's ALMOST fantastic as a super light and small ultrawide, but, at least for me, the edge blur is too much to be usable--if all you care about is center sharpness this will work on FX at around 14mm just fine. And for the intended DX use it's great.

Just want I needed a wide angle lens. I can take one picture of a scenery instead of several.

I never got a chance to use it because it wasn’t compatible with my camera so I had to return it, otherwise through the viewfinder it looked like it would take good photos and had a good wide angle.

I have been wanting a wide angle lens since I purchased my Nikon D3300, but they were too expensive. This one is perfect. It takes great photos for real estate. I could pay $300 one time for this lens or pay a photographer $300 for each listing, I prefer buying this. A few tweaks in Lightroom and Photoshop and I am done. Very happy!

Good lens for wide open fill. Not the best in low light
