Works great on my Nikon 3100. Gives me that crisp shot that I was looking for that I was missing with my kit lens. Took a little bit to adjust to a fixed lens but now I’m in love.

Great purchase which I bought to take videos and pics for my Nikon 5600. Works great in low light, and clear videos and photos.

Warning: I would qualify myself as a beginner photographer. However: This lens is very nice for portrait work. It comes with a hood and protective bag, so that was a nice surprise. I am pleased with it.

Although the lens is 35mm it is an excellent daily/multi use lens. Images are crisp and autofocus is exceptional. Highly recommend this lens for everyday photography.

This lens creates a good amount of bokeh without the need to stand 100yds from your subject. Great for head shots, car photography and landscapes. I would not recommend for indoor or small quarters shooting.

Great street and multi-purpose lens that gives you a blur effect as well. I have a Nikon d3400 crop sensor and this 35mm lens is equivalent to a 50mm.

Used on a Nikon D3500. Great lens for taking pictures of things that aren't moving. I use it mostly for craigslist and ebay pictures plus some portraits of my family.

Best deal on glass you will find. Between this or the 50 you cannot go wrong. It is super fast, incredibly good looking photos and amazing depth of field. So great.

This lens is amazing. We just had a new baby who was distracted by off camera flash, so no smily baby. This lens allows me to shoot in indoor lighting, at a higher ISO, and still get great pictures.

This has been a great lens so far. It allows me to take pictures in low light and you can get a good shallow depth of field if you want that effect when you drop the F stop. Quality lense you would expect from Nikon too.

This is so worth it for such a cheap lens. Creates beautiful Bokah, fast focusing. I have it for the d5300 and love it.

I love this lens because it creates a beautiful blur behind my subjects and really captures a human eye point of view. I definitely recommend this for anyone doing street photography or portraits.

Have been using a Nikon 5100 for a little over two years with the two lenses that came with the kit. This f1.8 lens gave me a bunch of new options at the beach this year. Looking forward to desert flowers next.

I highly suggest this lens! It captures all that I need captured for my fashion shoots! I will definitely be using it for more shoots too lol.

This is one of the main lenses I use wherever I go. I love it and the quality it takes. Definitely recommend this if you're into taking portrait photos.

I bought this lens with the idea of using inside taking family pictures, but since have learned of so many other uses it has. I keep this lens on my camera all the time now.

For the price and being a professional photographer..its nice to have it in the bag. With that being said i should have got the FX

it is definitely worth buying this lens for the price. excellent focus rim and auto focus on this works great. thought the auto focus doesn't do a good job when extremely close(but i prefer manual for that kind of shots).
