We purchased this because were were having trouble with our Sigma lens focusing. This lens has worked wonderfully, we no longer have to switch between lenses for close up and far away shots!

Very good lense. I use it for taking photos of my Grandson playing high school football. With the fine setting on my D90 caners i can get very good shots for zooming in and making enlargements.

I am happy and very good, will do more in the future

I purchased this lens so that I could get some great shots of my son playing baseball. It definitely was a wise purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.

Glad I got this over the 55-200mm lens...the extra zoom is definitely worth it. I got it at the same time I got my camera (Nikon d3200) so I saved a bit by bundling it together but even full price would be worth it

I take Alot of sports pictures of the kids. My oldest is in football and wrestling. I can sit anywhere and zoom into right where I need to get good shots!

Surpassed my expectations! This lens is capable of producing a tack sharp image. I'm very satisfied, and believe it's a lot of lens for the money. I've included a photo, taken with this lens.

This camera lens is very good for taking pictures from a distance. It zooms in really far so you can still take good pictures of something even if you're super far away from the object

Wanted a lens for distant shots while traveling. Checked different lenses and review on line and this appeared to be what I was looking for. Have only had it a short whiie but have been pleased with the pictures that we have been taking. Hoping that the durability of the lens makes it last a long time.

Great telephoto shooting. The images are very clear and well defined. I love the vibration reduction feature that stabilizes the camera so it doesn't shake so you'll get better pictures.

We bought this to use at our son's graduation to be able to zoom in on him walking across the stage. It worked great! We were even able to find him in the sea of graduates waiting for their name to be called.

Beginners will be happy with a reasonably priced zoom lens that also comes with a soft case, end caps, and hood. Easy and quick to change lens when you need to. Won't be disappointed.

This is a great lense that was part of a kit I bought over Christmas 2013. Good long range lense for the camera adding some flexibility to the package.

I am not a pro at photography and this lenses is a very good zoom lenses for portraits and flowers.

I do not use a tripod yet and the stability on this lens is great. I can zoom to any distance and still get clear pictures without the tripod!

This is my first 'extra' lens, so I'm still new. I did take some great pictures of the moon the other night. The distance is GREAT, especially if you're used to the 18-55. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking to take a wide range of photos with just one lens this is it. The range from close to far is awesome. It is a must have in the collection of lenses.

Easy to operate! I was able to zoom into the mountainside in Alaska with this lens to see bears, sheep, elk, and moose! This does the job and allows you to get some great pics!!

This was exactly what I wanted for my sons graduation. I know I wouldn't be close enough for regular pictures with my phone or standard lense and this caught everything.

This is a great lens. The ability to capture nature and my grandchildren for a close up is excellent. The autofocus set to the subject makes the camera make you like a professional.
