I purchased this lens, along with a Nikon D810, while on vacation and used it in Phoenix and Sedona, Arizona. Then it was on to Anaheim, Denver and finally San Antonio. The lens performed flawlessly as over 2,000 photos were taken over the course of a few weeks.

This lens is a must. It was literally the number one lens to get for portrait photography and I could easily say I agree. It’s expensive but we got it for a great deal of 200$ off! So just snag it when that happens! Worth it

This is the best Nikon telephoto lens that I have ever owned. I have been a Nikon SLR user for the past 20 years and recently purchased a D600 Full Frame Camera. I have 2 other Nikkor FX lenses, however, this lens simply outperforms the others in every aspect. Highly recommend it.

This lens pairs perfectly with the D850, and is one of the three lenses I'm looking to owning (the other two being the 14-28 f/2.8 and the 70-200 f/2.8). The photos are sharp and I don't miss not having VR.

The Nikon 24-70mm is very easy to use and has powerful optics. It's the easiest-to-use professional midrange zoom offered by Nikon. The only thing is that most of the time, I'll be holding the lens instead of my loves ones hand.

I just purchased this lens to go with my D810 as my main set up for weddings and it hasn't let me down yet! Photo quality is absolutely amazing!

So far it's working great I've only used it handful of times but it seems like it's going to work well.

In deed is a good lens but unfortunately it only worked two times, after that the auto focus system just stopped. I used this lens for my brother's wedding which was a fiasco. Best buy didn't want to be responsable for the defective lens sending me straight to Nikon company. Sending my lens I have to pay $35 to cover insurance and shipping to be fix a lens that originally bought brand new. I'm still waiting for repair mmm I'm just wondering who should be responsable to pay insurance and shipping cost because if something happens to the lens ongoing to Nikon. They won't pay nothing if is not insuranced for a third party. That makes me feel frustrated and think twice before buying Nikon product next time. All this happened in a time lapse of 45 days Since I bought the lens.
