Fast shipping. Lens is starting to become my favorite everyday use. Fairly versatile and a great starter for learning portrait photography.

I purchased the Nikon 50mm f/1.8G mainly for indoor low light situations. Paired with the Nikon D500 it is a great match for low light as well as Portrait. My results thus far have been great.

I was looking for a close working lens where I could blur my subjects background to get the effect I wanted without having to do a ton of additional editing. This lens fit the bill perfectly!!!

I am still learning the art of photography and this lens has worked out great. I am using the lens on my Nikon D500 so it’s a 75mm equivalents. My next lens will be a wider lens than this one.

Great prime lens. Was using 18-140 mm lens but this is a 50 mm but has a wider aperture ( smaller f stop). Does a great job for the price paid.

I had a VR lens that came with my D3000 originally but it got damaged. I purchased this lens kind of skeptical about it’s inability to zoom but the pictures are amazing! Great product!

The lens is light and my pics are very sharp and clean. This lens should be in every Nikon bag. It tends to make me compose my shots better than when I'm using a zoom lens. Buy this... you won't regret it.
