    I bought this lens so I could up my Instagram game a bit as a Realtor. My phone does great, but I noticed that food, flower, and other types of close-up, portrait style photos were hard to achieve. This lens allows me to stand pretty far from a object and still get a very close, macro photo with the nice, blurred out background. Love it!
