Nikon 70-200 F2.8 is my everyday go to lens and it’s a must have beauty. The images are crisp and I use it for action, portraits and landscape photography. Works amazing in the low light and would recommend this blindly to anyone.

Exceptional speed, bokeh, VR and sharpness. Hard pressed to say worth every penny on a $2.800 lens but pretty darn close.

This is an amazing piece of equipment. I love using this lens over my older 80-200. The zoom ring makes it much easier to use and there are multiple programable buttons. The tripod mount is a positive and is easily removable if you find it easier workin with out it. This is clearly one of the sharpest lenses I have ever used and the clarity at 2.8 is fantastic. It is very highly recommended.

Haven't had much time to put it through its paces yet, but it towers over the VRII in performance and image quality.

Excellent clarity, functionality and sharpness. I use it on my Nikon D850. It works well with a 2x teleconvertor giving 400 mm total reach. If you get a good camera, you sooner or later will probably invest in one of these lenses. The 2 year interest free financing from Best Buy’s helps with the cost. Many camera reviews can vouch how well this lens functions.

Everyone asks me what lens I use, since my pictures during the day, and at night are such good quality. Would definitely recommend gor anyone shooting sports and needing a lens for low light conditions.

This lens is awesome. Very easy to use. And brings you close to the action. I am not a professional photographer, but everyone thinks I am because of this lens. The pictures come out beautiful and I get many compliments from the team.

I've had this lens for 2 years now. Best lens I own.

Using it with my Nikon D7100. It is already worth the investment. I can tell such a difference. I would tonight waste money on one of the cheaper 70-200 lenses. I looked at some of the other brands and their reviews and am glad I listened and got this lens.

Nikon finally hit it out of the park with this long awaited replacement for the vrII version! Superior in every aspect, it will be a hit for a long time. Pricey but quality that comes from Japan is not cheap these days, unlike some Chinese lenses that the company has made in recent years.

I initially did a lot of review before making the purchase. This was purchased to do shooting for youth sports. The problem that most amateurs run into is that sports shooting the motion Blur. Athletes tend to move around a lot during a game and its hard for you to capture a "clean" photo. This lens allowed us to do just that. It was great investment and I highly recommend.

Bought for my wife for her birthday, she acted like I gave her a child. Like she told me you are only as good as your tools. She hasn't used yet but based on previous reviews I don't think she'll be disappointed.

Great lens works great, the lens is heavy but worth it.

Much sharper than the previous last 2 versions very well balanced easy to work with Colors are crisp and clean no major flaring when working in back light situations just over all a really great improvement

If you’re looking for the best telephoto lense for a full frame camera then look no further. Attached to my d850 it works perfectly. Definitely a bit heavier but worth the quality. Fast focus and crystal clear pictures.

I bought this item as a gift for my wife, she seems to be very pleased with the lens.
