This is actually my son's purchase. He's been taking a lot of family portraits and scenery shots. He is also the official photographer for a teen church group and for the church's Sunday morning services. He has produced beautiful photos using this lens.

I bought this as a gift for my Fiance to go with the Nikon camera I got him for our wedding. So far, it's still in the box. I looked at it though before I wrapped it up and it looks pretty good. Clean lines, not too heavy or bulky. Attaches cleanly. Can't wait for him to try it.

The Nikon lense is easy to use, i really like the auto/ manual switches on the lense that allow for manual focusing.

I enjoy taking landscape and wildlife pictures and I have been able to take some awesome distance shots with this lens and some great foreground shots. I don't even know all that I can do with this lens and camera but right now I am very impressed.

Bought this lense for my wife's birthday. The lense works great for the money, she primary uses it for my son's high school football games. She gets great pics from the stands and lense is fast enough for action shots.

I bought this lens to use for my daughter's soccer games. I've only been able to play around with it bc soccer hasn't started quite yet. I'm excited to get some great action shots this season!

Bought this lens for my nikon d7000. I wanted a quality lens for sports.

Great telephoto for sports. Has 35mm equivalent of 100mm to 400mm. This covers the full range to lens needs for both static and dynamic sports. Using with Nikon D7100 with no problem.

Over all I like the lense. It was a bit more expensive but I used a gift card. The big issue for me to get used to was the stiffness experienced when I zoomed in on a subject. I am sure I will get used to it.

I have only had this lens for a few months but so far I am loving it. I take football and baseball pictures of my kids and have loved the quality the photos.

This is one of the best zoom lenses from Nikon and a definite must have. It's worth what you put into this lens. Great purchase!!
