Excellent Beginner Camera

Great quality pictures but a better stock flash would have been great.

Great camera, not as sharp as I would have hoped

She wanted something as a beginner camera to take on photography as a hobby because she was interested in it. And this is exactly what this is, a camera for beginners that want something better than their phones on hand. The zoom with the extra lens is quite satisfactory and the overall camera performance is up to par with expectations. It is not overly great, the resolution of the photos is nothing to gasp over, and the camera seems to be faulty. I replaced the first unit because it would not sync up with her iphone, but the replacement unit had moving parts in it, which should not be the case at all. Currently waiting for the new unit but so far so good minus the small bumps

Great little DSLR

I'm new to digital SLR photography and this was a very highly reviewed camera that is easier to learn with the more I use it! Very smooth! Wi Fi would've been nice.
