Great Intro DSLR

I don't have much experience so it was quite overwhelming! But, I love it. The camera is easy to use on full auto, but that's not why you buy one. The setting are user friendly once you know how to control it and has some fun special filters. The Nikon comes with a free instructional video through Nikon's online camera classes, which was very helpful. Only reason I took a star away is because the first one I got had a faulty battery so I had to exchange it. Once I got one where the battery held a charge it was great!

Great camera for the price

Perfect camera for a beginner

I have a toddler, and I LOVE this camera for getting great shots, which parents know is tough with a squirming, on-the-go kiddo! I also purchased the Nikon D3400 book for Dummies and it has been wonderful to pair while figuring out all of the options/settings.

Too good of a deal to pass up

Boy were we wrong. The features and cost made this a no brained. The camera, although feature rich is simple enough to use right out of the box. The megapixels are much higher than cameras where the body alone was more expensive than the camera. Can't wait to get to know this better!!!!
