Great camera takes really nice video Easy to use

Got this for my wife for Christmas. Great package deal and my scored major points with my wife for this one!

This camera was bought for my little sister who loves photography. It was her birthday present and she was the photographer for my daughters first birthday party and the pictures came out great!

This is my first DSLR and I didn't want to spend an outrageous amount of money. I did my research before purchasing this and the Nikon D3400 seemed like a good beginners DSLR. I couldn't have made a better selection. The picture quality is amazing and the auto setting allows me to learn at my own pace.

disappointed in extra battery included with package deal...inserted spare battery only to find that I was given a battery that wasn't compatible with my Nikon D3400.

I have been a hobby level photographer for a long time. I have a vacation planned that is centered around landscapes (grand canyon +). I figured it was time to move up and then did research. The D3400 was the choice, and I was pleased with my decision. I added a lens and was ready to go.

This camera is sn upgrade for me from the Nikon j1. The 3400 has faster shutter speed, still very light and easy to use. Lots of great features with this camera and takes wonderful pictures. Using this camera to start taking advanced pictures. Great price at best buy and coal so card with free camera bag.

This was my first DSLR camera purchase. I researched for awhile before I chose this Nikon. And I LOVE IT! So many people have the Canon Rebel- But I'm totally a Nikon person. Super easy to learn (watch a couple YouTube vids) and the clarity and camera itself is just amazing. I highly highly recommended!!

This camera was a great choice for a starter camera. I had no experience with photography, and this camera allowed me to shoot and capture as well as test some more customized settings. I especially liked the SnapBridge app to immediately have photos available on my phone.

first off, i purchased this because of the stellar deal that was offered. Secondly, purchased for my wife for birthday/anniversary. She always loves taking pictures and is quite good at it. So far she loves it, there are so many options its crazy. would recommend it to anyone who likes taking pictures.

I purchased this to take pictures for my daughters graduation I knew it was going to be a distance shot I'm not a professional keep in mind and the pictures I took that day can really fool a person that doesn't know me they looked so professional I even amazed myself so glad love this purchase so much

Really enjoying this camera especially since I’m a beginner. Easy to use and takes beautiful pictures.

I have a Nikon d5500 and purchased the d3400 for my sister. I tried both and I do not see any difference in the pictures they take. I also love the long lense which I used to take pictures of wildlife. It doesn’t have VR stabilizer but it works very well. I have not tried it on the moon yet.

Bought this camera as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it! She is a beginning photographer, so this camera was perfect for her and it takes amazing pictures. No Wi-Fi is definitely one drawback, but other than that a very nice camera for someone looking to start taking serious pictures.

Love it so far. I like that the camera has an app to download pics to phone instantly. Just wish the 70-300 was a VR.

I had a bigger older model before. Sadly it was stolen years ago in a burglary. However, I seen this deal and couldn’t pass it up. I wasn’t sure at first because of my previous model being a little bigger, but the new features like Bluetooth make it so worth it. I have no regrets.

After years of frustration I went from film to digital. This camera ceems pretty good for the transition, but I will not know until I try it in multiple settings

This is my sons first real camera. I would say he is not a beginner because he has experience with a lot of different cameras and lenses. He likes the camera a lot. He has mentioned the camera on low speed is not great. Other wise he loves and has taken great pictures with it so far.
