I've owned bigger, more expensive Nikons in the past, but was looking for something a little lighter & upgraded with technology. So far I love this camera! The sensors are great, producing great bright pictures, & I love that the pics automatically sync right to my phone!

I was looking at either Nikon or Canon for a starter camera. This one is easy to use and takes great photos!

Been using this camera a little over two years now and it’s phenomenal. I had the 3200 a while ago and upgraded to this one and my fav lens is definitely the 80mil for it. Been doing photography for about four years and highly recommend Nikon.

I had the D3100 and I took over 10,000 pictures with this camera, not kidding. I wanted to upgrade and get the 300 zoom lens. It is so easy to use, I am a mom who works in the school district and takes tons of pictures for the kids and parents. Works great and super easy!

Very nice buy at a very reasonable price. The 3400 with a pair of lenses that will give you a good range of options to take nice photos. It isn't going to be a professional photo job, but things will look great and people might be fooled into thinking you're an expert.

My wife and I just came back from a vacation in San Francisco. When we got home we looked at our photos on our Smart TV and we were amazed with the brilliant colors and especially how great the auto focus enhanced the pictures. This camera is a winner!

I just love my camera! You can do so much with it. If you are not a professional this is perfect for you. You can try both of the lenses and feel like a pro. If you are looking forward to become a photographer this is the item to start with. Simple and practical.

I love this camera. I purchased as a Christmas gift for myself and I'm still learning to use it as I'm not a photographer or photogenic person but the pictures I have taken have been very clear. My only problem is I have to buy the lenses sporadically lol

Started learning photography and purchased this for class and personal use. Love it! Great pics even in low lighting. Love that I got the special package deal that included the extra lens and camera bag. Great start to my photography gear.

Great inexpensive way to get a dslr. Zoom lens does not have image stabilization so will probably need to use a tripod to use this lens and wouldn't recommend video in zoom lens either.

This camera is a great option for someone that wants to upgrade from a regular digital camera to a DSLR one. It is simple to use, and the automatic features allow beginners to take excellent photos even prior to getting familiarized with all the customization options.

I needed a camera to get some good shots of my daughter during swim meets. This camera is perfect! I am not a professional photographer by any means, but this camera takes such great pictures it makes it look like I know what I am doing!

The Nikon camera is really easy to use. The lenses that are provided are are adequate for most situations.

Nice clear pictures, but having problems keeping the camera Bluetooth set up to my iPad.

I bought this camera for my daughter and she loves it. We took it to a convention and she shot hundreds of pictures and they all came out great. We are very pleased. Make sure you buy the accessories (pack, side holster, etc) to upgrade your experience.
