I should have reviewed this sooner but I love this camera! Way ahead of all the other Nikon's I have owned! I learn something new everyday! I have taken some of the best pictures with it and the battery grip gives long life to take more pictures! the XQD card is no fast that I can take 200 pictures in less than a minute!

I love my Nikon D500. The sharpness is great and the speed (frames per second) is good for safari’s. Love the fact that Best Buy always have Nikon gear in stock. Look out for the Nikon D5, prices will start to drop once the Nikon D780 and new Nikon D6 comes out. Thanks BB...!

Very impressive camera for a crop sensor DSLR. Super fast focus, great for taking bird-in-flight pictures. Love the articulated display. It came with a SnapBridge system that I can pair using my iphone to view my composition or use as a remote shutter.

I upgraded from a prior Nikon camera body and couldn't be happier with the features and functionality this camera has to offer. The wifi connection and remote camera control from my phone is fantastic! I can instantly download photos from the camera and upload them to my social media as well. Love it!

I have a number of Nikon cameras and was looking to upgrade. The D500 is an excellent choice for an intermediate user. It still provides the automatic functionalities for ease of use with the advanced capabilities, but also allows the user to perform many manual settings to be as selective as desired.

I bought the camera with the goal of improving my ability to get clean action images, birds in flight, sports action. The camera has not disappointed as it grabs focus very quickly even in some lighting situations I thought it would fail. Tracks moving subjects very well.

The Nikon D500 performs well at high ISO and is so fast that it makes it much easier to get good results without a tripod. The menu is easy to use. I like being creative with the multiple exposure feature. Great camera for the price.

I love this camera....awesome features and perfect for sports or wildlife although you can shoot whatever you want with it. This camera is very versatile.

I am continuing to discover and use new features. The fast focus was the first thing I appreciated. Secondly, the incredible sharpness of the image. Then the electronic front curtain which pretty much eliminated vibration for slow exposures. I am still learning but I really like the camera.
