    Used to be very into photography and loved my old SLR film cameras. Fell out of the hobby when access to darkrooms became harder to come by. Finally splurged on a DSLR and settled on this camera after much research. A learning curve (for someone who didn't want to just use auto settings) but I love it.

    I was rather disillusioned by my purchase. It is my first DSLR camera and it is very technologically advanced. The camera did not have the latest firmware loaded. There was no manual and no software with it, perhaps it is on-line. I also find this camera to be very non-user friendly. I does take beautiful pictures and has lots of capabilities, if you are knowledgeable.
