The D7200 met and exceeded my expectations in every way. I have an older D90 and D600. This camera fits the bill for a crop sensor workhorse, delivering exceptional quality results in a familiar package. As a a professional architectural/realestate photographer shooting predominantly in HDR, this camera provides great results.

I bought this to have a crop sensor with good pixel density, and that allowed me to control similar to my D850. I didn't want to pay for all of the extra bells and whistles on the latest models. I've already used this for some nice photography and the sale price was fantastic. I'm very happy with this.

Accidentally dropped my older Nikon D7100 which was battle tested. Replaced with this D7200 and couldnt be happier. Its almost identical to the D7100 with a few new, great features. It worked with the 7100's Nikon battery grip which was one of the major buy-me-now points for this! Looking forward to using this for years to come....

This camera is awesome. I don't use the video so I really cannot mention how good that is but man I love the features of this thing. I bought it instead of the newer 7500 and I don't regret it at all. Get some good glass to go with it and you will not be disappointing.

I'm a long time Nikon user having had several D40s, a D5100, a D7000... and now I picked up the D7200. I love it since it's familiar and it has a bunch of new features including WIFI to transfer photos to my phone for immediate upload. The low light, high ISO quality is very very good and the video is outstanding. I'm a happy camper.

I looked for a camera body that would work with my existing lenses and serve as a more capable replacement for my broken D80 body. This is an excellent camera with live view and at a much better price than the most up to date series. Excellent value and in stock at my local Best Buy.

There are better and newer models - but for a non-pro amateur photographer - this is a great camera. I use it for sports photos of kids, landscapes and family photos. Pretty easy to learn and fast autofocus for my needs. Pick a good lens like the Sigma 17-55 and you’re good to go

Ultimately I would have loved to buy full frame or a d500 but I just can’t justify spending that much on a camera at the current time. That being said I am really enjoying the D7200. Picture quality is outstanding. I certainly would recommend this camera to anyone looking to purchase.

Had a Nikon 7100 for 4+ years. I was very pleased with the product. When geek squad could not fix it , it was time for an upgrade to the 7200. Very similar, easy to switch over. Much happier with this product. Faster shutter, pleased with the photos produced.

The D7200 is a long step up front the 3000 series and 5000 series Nikon cameras. It is capable of using any Nikon AF lens and nearly all MF lenses past or present which the lesser series are not. It feels just as good as my D800 and is much lighter. The images have been excellent!!
