It’s my first experience with camera but it’s not bad so far

Unable to get the camera to focus properly, regardless of which setting it is on. Read through the instruction manual and still am unable to get it functioning properly.

I purchased this item under the assumption that it was a good deal even though it was a refurbished item. Unfortunately, I purchased just before I left on a trip out of country. Sadly I failed to check it out before I left thinking I could learn all about it on the trip, etc. However, this was not to be because it did not have a manual with it and neither could I ever get it to work at all. Even after getting back home and downloading a manual from the internet I still cannot get it to work, I will be taking it in for maintenance, but I assume it will cost a bundle. Great experience at Christmas time! NOT!!!

Camara is not working. It was nice clean, but can not able to connect with my I-phone. No manual book was in the package, so I went to U Tube to see how it works. But NOT operatable, because can not able to connect with the phone. Ordered 12-15-20, Shipped 1-5-21, Received 1-13-21, Returned 1-19-21, They received return on 1-19-21. As of today, 1-30-21, 25 pm ( almost 1-31-21), I have not received a refund yet. This transaction is nightmare. No good camera and no refund yet.

didn't keep it. first few photos were great than the rest were fuzzy & off color (during the same setting) too bad. will keep looking for a better option.

I just received this camera today, and I was very nervous to even buy it because it's refurbished, but it had no scratches no dents. It seriously looks like a brand new camera. I played with it all day, it seems to be working perfectly fine so far. It came with batteries, the lens cap, the camera strap and the little strap for the lens cap. Also with a 90 day warranty with Nikon. I love the plum color, it's not too dark not too light. Its a perfect size for me, it's my first camera and I love it so far.

Bought early as a gift. Once used found not all refurbished devices are fixed. Off one month on a Best Buy return and two months over for Nikon. :(

Super bummed, i bought this camera with high hopes after reading reviews for it and i was extremely disappointed and upset once i received it. The picture quality was terrible. The zoom was even worse. The flash wasn’t that great. And Well let’s just say that it didn’t matter what kind of lighting or what the i tire was of they all looked terrible.

Very Disappointed. Guess there was a reason for it being a refurbished item. This camera has given me more blurry pictures than clear. Not happy at all with this product, if you are going to sell refurbished items make sure the work correctly. Again Very Disappointed

It looked brand new but I was only able to take 1 picture. I received a message that there was no memory card so I shut the camera off. opened up the battery compartment, put in a memory card and turned it on again. Once on it kept on telling me to turn it off and on again. After numerous attempts I took it back to Best Buy.

Was very happy to get this compact camera for an upcoming vacation but unfortunately the camera did not work properly. Every time I turned the camera on it instructed me to restart the camera resulting in the same message over and over and over again.

Do not buy this it speaks volumes about this piece of crap when my smart phone takes better pictures and the 40x zoom sucks to blurry to be usable avoid at all cost just get a dslr for a hundred or two more

This camera takes the worst pictures ever. Subject of picture needs to be completely still. Can’t download to devices like advertised because camera WiFi doesn’t work correctly. I wouldn’t even give it one star!

Returned it. Took 1 picture and won't turn back on

The camera body was flawless but as soon as I turned it on, the internal software froze, rendering the camera useless.

I wish it had the instruction manual. where can i get one. Thank you in advance.
