A: Mine came in a box as good as new! No scratches or anything. You definitely get your money’s worth
A: The B500 takes 4 AA type batteries. LR6/L40 alkaline, FR6/L91 lithium, and EN-MH2 rechargeable Ni-MH type AA batteries can be used.
Q: Will the box or any of the paperwork say it’s refurbished.
A: The camera came in a all white box, which it's not the original box, and it does say "refurbished product". There's also a little paper from nikon saying it's refurbished. It seems like this came directly from nikon.

A: No scratches anywhere. The camera is like brand new.
Q: What type of memory card does this need? Any specific brand or class needed for optimal use?
A: You can use any memory card I have a micro ad card with the adapter in the camera

A: Refurbished Nikon COOLPIX B500 digital cameras come with a UC-E16 USB Cable, a AN-CP21 Strap and an LC-CP31 Lens Cap. Four LR6/L40 AA Alkaline batteries for temporary use are also included to help get you acquainted with the camera's settings and functions.

A: The Nikon COOLPIX B500 digital camera does not have a compatible remote release accessory. For a remote shutter release option, connect the camera to a compatible smart device that's running the SnapBridge application via the camera's built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technology. This camera has a 16-megapixel backside illuminated CMOS sensor that allows images to be captured in low-lit situations and is super light-weight at only 19.1 ounces (or 542 grams) with battery and memory card installed, making it highly portable. The B500 camera doesn't have a viewfinder but does have a tilting TFT-LCD with Anti-reflection coating screen that can be adjusted for brightness on 5 levels.
