Customer service is incredibly important to me when buying a product as advanced (and understandably expensive) as this. I have used Nikon for years and despite having a number of major issues with SnapBridge I decided this Z8 would be the next and greatest addition to my lineup. I had a few technical issues- namely its wireless connectivity. Bluetooth seldom worked, nor did in-camera WIFI. Making it near impossible to download my images without a wired connection. I would have to connect, disconnect, and reconnect my wireless device every single time. On a product as expensive as this I expect better. I could forgive this if the service at Nikon direct weren’t so p*** poor. The associates I had the misfortune of dealing with were rude, snarky, unprofessional, lacking completely in compassion, and shockingly underinformed. After almost 90 days of constantly trying to resolve my issues to no avail I gave up on Nikon, returned the camera, sold all my Nikon equipment and started over with Sony. What a let down.

Love this Camera!!!! Switching from Canon because I heard good things about the Z8 and Z9. I didn’t want a super big camera like the Z9 so I went with the Z8 and glad I did.

Came from a D750, vast improvement. Controls are very similar so the transition was very smooth.

Best mirrorless camera I've ever owned, and I've owned almost every brand. I'm tall and have large hands. This grip is finally the grip I've been looking for!

We love this camera. We love the fact that you can do black and white photos in camera. The layout and features make this camera worth it and the lens adapter works great with f lens

Nikon Z8 is the best for wildlife Photography. I just shifted from DSLR to Mirrorless and I am enjoying it very well.its very stable for wildlife photography. And Nikon just made the best for wildlife photographers.

Awesome camera. I’m so glad that I purchased this over the Z6ii, even though the z6ii would’ve been fine but this has better animal tracking for the purpose I purchased it for.

Amazing camera with some of the latest technology! Ergonomic grip that is easy to hold all day. I’m a fan off all the saved settings tabs too!

This is a good mirrorless camera. Full frame with multiple choice for photos.

Great mirrorless camera. Bought with a 24-120 zoom lens which cover most of everyday photography need.

Excellent camera for the price compared to cameras that are in the 5500-6k+ price range. Now before you buy it just know what you are buying. It’s not as good in low light which is expected.

Oh my this is amazing camera. Love the 25-70 and 70-200 with this camera. Its the complete package.

Good camera. I also have the z9. I wish they would have used 2 CFexspess cards. It is a faster card then than the SD card for the second card.

Definitely a big difference between the other Z models. I love it, its focus ability is a game changer.
