Wife loves all the functions and how easy it is to use

This is the best coffee/tea maker I’ve ever purchased and highly recommend for anyone who loves coffee and tea.... we love hot or cold tea as well as hot or cold coffee and this just does it all and it is so good.... the fact you can make a pot full or just a single cup of whatever you like is the best part to me!!! I will highly recommend this product!

the Ninja Coffee/ Tea maker is like having starbucks in your house

This product exceeded my family’s expectations. So versatile!

We haven't owned this for very long, but so far the coffee maker is performing well. We're able to use less coffee during the brew due to the "Rich" brewing method... The ability to froth the beverage is a nice feature. At this point, we haven't done any specialty drinks, but have brewed both tea and coffee and haven't had any issues.

The Ninja coffee maker does what it promises to do.

This coffee maker is a bit of a monster on my counter space. Just gotta get that out of the way, because besides that, I love it. The Ninja can brew you a cup, a tumbler, or a full carafe at hot and cold temperatures. Testing all the options, I really liked the cold brew cup this makes, which is already saving me money and a trip to the cafe before work every day. The carafe has a good size and is super sturdy, sealing in the heat (and cold) for several hours. The frother is a nice touch, though I didn't really use it all that much. It does disconnect very easily for cleaning. This machine seems to do it all. I like the no-filter design, and switching between coffee and tea options is easy to identify and operate. It comes with a clip-on scoop so you won't have to go far to get precise grounds measurements. Overall, it makes great drink options quickly and is easy to clean-up. If you can get over the size of the machine out of the box, you will find a do-it-all coffee maker that provides enough options and variety to keep you brewing at home instead of spending that money outside. We decided to upgrade from our previous ninja coffee bar as we enjoy teas as well as coffee. I have to say the tea function and smart change recognitipn is great! You will use a little more than the usual 1 teaspoon using the provided scoop but, it knows just the right water temp to use for each tea. We are very satisfied.

This is an outstanding product. At first, I was a little skeptical about this product and the whole Ninja line of coffe makers. I decided to go with this machine which was supposed to work for coffee, tee, hot, and cold drinks. This makes this machine very flexible as you can make almost any kind of drink with it.

I had a Keurig but this Ninja makes much better tasting coffee since you use real coffee grinds in a permanent filter that you just clean out between uses. Doesn’t have the weak taste of the K-Cups. Best purchase for coffee drinkers! You can make one of 5 different size options which is nice.

The most awesome coffee maker I have ever owned!!!

We stopped using our Keurig because we were getting tired of having to individually make 10 cups of coffee in the morning. This coffee makes an average "Joe" into a really Coffee Ninja. 10 cups of rich or regular coffee no problem, cappuccino no problem, latte no problem. Like i said "Coffee Ninja"

I moved from a coffee maker that used the pods. I wanted something that could make a gull pot of coffee. This one not only does that but brews tea/iced coffee/cold brew/and specialty coffee as well as tea! It checks everything that I wanted from a coffee maker off the list!

This is probably overkill for most people but the wife enjoys being able to use it for tea as well.

Makes a great coffee. Took a little while to get my mixture right but coffee is very good now.

This is a great coffee maker. I love how it makes a full pot of coffee and a cup full. Only had it for a short time but haven't had any problems Except I tried a paper filter in it and found that the filter that it came with worked better.
