I had been looking for something to replace our Keurig which was a gift from my son 3 years ago. We grew tired of the expense of kcups. My college daughter loves her boutique coffee and I thought this coffee maker would please her as well as my husband and me. We have been using it for a few weeks now and all three of us love it! We set it up to make a pot for my husband and I in the morning and after princess wakes up from her slumber she makes her iced coffee. We are all very happy with this coffee maker!

My new Ninja arrived quickly and the set up instructions were easy to follow. The recipes are a bonus, I've already made several, the cappuccino is my favorite so far! The frother is easy to use and easy to remove for quick clean up. Awesome!!!

Had another Ninja that finally went out. This is very similar but with a frother arm that is easily removable for cleaning. Great product

This was actually the second time I have purchased this Ninja CM401 coffee maker. A family member fell in love with the one I bought last year, so I bought one for them as an early Christmas present. Great coffee maker that I’ve enjoyed for over a year now.

This coffee maker has been great for my girlfriend and I. She loves using it to make iced coffees, and I really like the specialty drink option to make highly concentrated coffees. Everything on it feels well made, no worries on parts breaking. Definitely recommend

Husband is a coffee lover. No complaints. Our second Ninja coffee maker. He loves using the side frother to mix his daily fiber drink. Very happy with this purchase.

I got really tired of all the waste generated by K Cups. Then I bought the little re-fillable cups with compostable filters that fit inside. Much better for the environment. Kind of annoying to use. This coffee maker has a permanent filter that works just fine for me. Depending upon the grind, you might find a bit of coffee remains at the bottom of your cup, but to me that is a small price to pay for never having to deal with anything but the built in measuring spoon and filling the water reservoir to make coffee. Plus, I can make 2 cups (or one cup, or a full pot) at a time rather than one cup at a time. I haven't used this for anything but making my morning coffee, which is an essential part of my regaining consciousness each day. I aspire to fancier fare, but so far I just haven't worked up the initiative to explore anything beyond the basics. It works really well for that. I'm completely satisfied with it.

Awesome !! Used one of these on vacation and immediately had to get one of our own!! Like having your own little coffee shop but at the convience of being home!!

- It allows to fill the tank for a full carafe, but then make smaller servings as you please, from 4 oz, then 8.5, 9.5 and you can keep going. - Coffee comes out hot. - It makes the 4 oz in 2:35 minutes, 8.5 in 3:40 total time - You can use a standard Melitta paper filter if you want, or use the included mesh filter.

I love this coffee maker. Easy to clean has a set coffee timer so when I wake up it’s brewing. Also love the fact that it can make ice coffee. It’s like having my own barista ❤️

The last 2 pts I've had have bedb really disappointing After finding this one, I'm finally happy! It makes tasty coffee in both small and carafe sizes. And no messing with pods! It also provided better instructions on what the various sizes actually mean in ounces of water and coffee.

The advertised coffee brewer is indeed a wonderful machine. The different setting for both serving size and brew type work wonderfully and the milk frother does exactly what it says on the tin, and is easy to clean. My only real complaint is that the maximum pot size is only 10 cups and not the old standard of 12. Oh, and Ninja screwed up when they packaged mine and accidentally put in an older, discontinued model instead of the correct one. And it was defective. Fortunately their customer service is exceptional and they sent me a working, correct model in a few short days. So that missing star is for that "10 cups not 12" thing I'm a little bitter about, not the "wrong model" thing, since they dealt with that stellarly.

I really appreciate the design and appearance of this coffee maker. It fits my travel mug well as it is tall. I like the scaling on the water container with the pictures of the different types/sizes of coffe that can be made. The water container also detaches itself for easy filling. It comes with an attachable measuring spoon also with indicating images for the coffee size to be made. The knob, timer, and stainless steel side also mesh well.

This is my first ever coffee maker, and I am very happy with my choice thus far. Mind you, I used to simply drink instant coffee, so you may take my opinions with a grain of salt. This unit is really simple to learn, operate, and clean. The build quality is solid, neither tank-like nor cheapo brittle. I feel like this is a great introductory coffee machine for someone who does want to branch out a bit and experiment with making specialty drinks like lattes while not being overwhelmed. The milk frother, for example, is a ton of fun, I appreciate how it's built into the unit and easy to use and clean. At the same time, you can indeed just keep it simple - I appreciate that I can just make a single cup if that's all I want. All in all, I would definitely purchase this machine again and highly recommend it to others.

CM401 Is the model that I ordered. This is an excellent coffee maker. I bought the exact same model several years ago and only bought a second one because I gave my other one to my sister. Excellent product.

This is the Best coffee machine we’ve ever had ( and we’ve had quite a few). It’s super easy to use, easy to program, easy to clean, quiet, you can make pretty much Any type of coffee you could want. Basically it’s Awesome!! I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about it.
