This coffee maker has been treating my family well. Easy to use.

Makes good coffee, and the cup at a time feature works well. However, sometimes when the knob is set to make a full pot of coffee, it only brew half a pot... I think the selector switch may be off.. Also, it DOES NOT have automatic brew pause - you have to slide a switch above the pot to shut off brewing if you want a cup before its finished. Kind of annoying, since most have this feature.

Great coffee station. Great for the Coffee people who prefer to grind their own beans. no paper filters to mess with. consistent results every time and lots of options so you don't waste precious coffee. Previously had a Kuerig and it was convenient for single serve but did not taste good no matter which pod I tried. Ninja machine makes lots of great machine coffee!

Bought this to replace an older version that finally died out. We loved the other one so this was an easy choice. So far has not disappointed.

I went from a Mr. Coffee, a Keurig, a Nespresso machine, to this fantastic beast of a coffee maker! Hands down the best decision. easy to use, no more pods to buy, reusable filter is really convenient, and single serve helps me a lot.

This product has cut down our Starbucks / DunkinDonuts bills for sure. The same taste, frothy and warmth in the coffee that one gets in coffee shops. We have bought the ground coffee paper filters in addition to the filter the product has. We used to get little bit powder residue in our coffee's last sip which we did not like. The latte, capucino, dolgana and few others from the recipe book which comes with the machine are our favorites. We had a sub $25 coffee maker before this one and burnt our fingers/hands quite a few times. This one is super easy and safe to use. I was recommended by my sister who has previous version of same product. I do miss one option she uses a lot for latte's on her machine... unable to recollect now what that was. I am ready to recommend this product in a heartbeat.

It’s a great coffee maker was looking into replacing my keurig after it started making the coffee to watery and saw this coffee maker. It’s cool how you can use is similar to a keurig and make a single cup all the way to a full 10 cup carafe. the only issue I’ve noticed is some coffee grinds will go pass the reusable filter but I just use a normal coffee filter with those blends

My expensive cappuccino machine stopped working and I wasn't ready to buy another yet. But I needed coffee so I looked at getting a more affordable coffee machine in the meantime. Looked at multiple machines and thought this was a nice one for the time being. Boy, I really love this machine! It doesn't grind whole beans like my last one, but uses pre-ground beans. However, this machine is well designed, works great, and coffee tastes great. Love the fact that I can make a fresh single cup with the added flip out shelf or brew directly into a tall coffee carafe. A large brew in the pot is also great for weekends. I'm now going to keep this as my main coffee machine bc I like it so much. This is a great buy. I haven't used the frother yet so can't comment on that.

I was looking for a new coffee maker and I usually just make one cup in the morning. I did NOT want one that took k-cups for I solely do grounds. This one caught my eye for I can do both single serve, a full pot, froth and iced. I honestly have not used everything that this offers since I bought it in December. I did read that many expressed that it was slow but I think its the normal time. And as far it over dripping, this is a yes, it does. I do have to pay attention sometimes to stop it if the cup is 6 oz. But it immediately stops and I remove my coffee and then put a separate glass and turn on the drip so it catches. Sometimes it will drip even after it beeps and your coffee is done. But again, I just keep a glass there so it can catch it and I have zero issue with that.

Life changing! I have tried every coffee maker Keurig, Nespresso and a regular one. Ninja is by far the best! Ninja thinks of everything, even a holder for the scoop on the side.

I love this coffee pot! It’s so much cheaper than having to buy the coffee pods for the other 1 cup coffee makers! The attached measuring spoon makes measuring the coffee for small cups and large travel mugs so easy! The water is used for each cup so no worries about the water being stored in the coffee makers and mold issues. The built in frother is amazing!

I love this coffee machine! I had a Keurig for 5 years and I enjoyed it but coffee started tasting weird. I knew I wanted to go back to standard coffee making but wasn't sure which brand. Ninja is all of that and more!

I really do love this coffee pot!! It's super easy to use & has a TON of options. I haven't used the frother part, only because of where I have it, there isn't room for it. I love the tank. I make mine on the XL cup & my husband does 3 of the 4oz specialty brew, & there's enough water for the next day. I've only had 2 issues, one of which was probably operator error: 1. when in cleaning mode, the tank wasn't all the way full when I started it. About half way through, I refilled the tank. Well, it ended up going through the ENTIRE tank, over flowing the carafe which was about 1/4 full, & made a mess. Luckily, it was just water. Lesson learned there. 2. I've made 1 single cup of water for some tea. It tasted & smelled a little off. I haven't tried it since then to see if it's changed, maybe it was just a one time thing. Not sure. Over all, it's great & I've recommended it to friends & family.

So far I love it my family loves it! It seems to work as advertised! The versatility to make the size & strength of the coffee you want is awesome!

The coffee Maker does everything I needed to do. It can make a 1/2 a pot. It can make a single cup or a large cup. Easy to clean. Has safety features? If it runs out of water, it tells you.

We made the switch back to a more traditional coffee maker after having used Keurig single serve coffee for almost 8 years. This was the perfect coffee maker to switch to! Not only is the coffee absolutely fantastic and remarkably better than a k-cup, but the single serve options on the Ninja keeps nearly the same level of convenience!
