Have only used it to make hot coffee so far but I have no complaints. Pretty easy to use and I like being able to set a delay at night so my coffee is ready when I get up in the morning.

I bought this because my other Ninja coffee maker was failing after a lot of use for 4yrs. I like the way it setup so I bought the newer version of what I had. No issues so far.

Simply love this coffee maker! Honestly every cup is so strong and fresh. I’m finding different recipes to make using my ninja and I enjoy that! Definitely the best coffee pot ever.

I’m loving this coffee maker. The controls are easy to use and it produces an excellent cup of coffee time after time. It doesn’t seem to like grounds that are too small or are “mesh grade” from an in-store grinder, but pre-packaged grounds work without issue. Cleaning is a breeze so if users want to drink different coffees at the same time, a quick rinse of the metal filter is all that is needed.

I had been using a Mr. Coffee coffee maker for about eight years. I decided to upgrade to something that had the option for single-serve and specialty options. The water reservoir is extremely easy to refill and I love the shape of the carafe. I brew espresso beans with the specialty setting to add shots to my drinks. The frother on the side is fun and easy to use. Every cup of coffee is perfect!

Much better than older models. I only use the single cup option but it makes a great cup of coffee! Oh nice and HOT coffee where the older model we had was just warm.

I love this coffee maker, the only problem I had was that within a year or so the warming plate gave up. If buying, get warranty maybe mine was just defective

I purchased this, so easy to use and set up. Now I am cable free and enjoying all the TV that I could want. Savings lots of money, wish I had known about this years ago.
