It does as it is suppose to, and brews a really good cup of coffee. The reusable filter is of high quality and durable. The glass carafe is well made. Easy to use and program. Coffee comes out really hot, and on time every morning!

Love the flexibility of brewing a carafe or a single cup and using only ground coffee instead of having to buy Kcups all the time
