I've had the Ninja coffee maker for a couple of months and can say it is my favorite coffee maker that I have owned. Mainly for the taste of the brew and ease of use. Really cool design.

Makes delicious coffee. Both Iced and Hot. I like that I can use a timer and that it actually has how many oz each of the sizes is. There are a few things that I wish it did, though. I wish that I could program it to keep warm even when I brew less than half a pot. I wish there was a size between the travel XL size and the half pot size. The travel XL is enough for 2 small coffees but a half pot is double or more than double that. Half pot is too much for fiance and I and travel XL is too small. I like the water reservoir shape. It allows the coffee make to be put in different tighter spots than a keurig, in my opinion. I've had a keurig and I would 100% choose this over that option because of the ability to brew for multiple people at once. I also am not personally a fan of k-cups. The reusable filter is not very fine, so if you grind your coffee a bit finer like I do, you may want to use a #4 paper filter. The milk frother is very convenient and folds away nicely. Iced coffee is to be made on a full cup of ice. I don't use the specialty option too often. The rich option is my favorite because it is just as described, rich.

I absolutely love that it has 3 settings. It gives me the option of having classic, iced, or rich. I love that it has a built in frother.

Works great for about a year. The coffee started to taste stale after about a year. I cleaned the machine and even bought new coffee and couldn’t get the taste back to normal. Ended up buying a cheaper machine and it’s lasted longer.

I have loved this coffee maker since i used it at a family members home. I couldn't want to get ombre for my own home. It's the options. Hands down, the options for single cup to fulll pot.

Easy to use and so many options. just add your favorite coffee and you can create a number of custom drinks. I often transfer into my ninja blender and make my Frappuccinos. Great purchase!

I'm the only person in the house that drinks coffee, so I LOVE the ability to select the cup size that I'm brewing coffee for, and then the coffee goes directly in the cup. This means I don't have to clean a carafe unless I happen to have company over and need to use the full carafe. I haven't had any issue with water tank leaks, but I use a measuring cup to fill it up in place vs removing it from the coffee pot. I've had this for several months and have really enjoyed this coffee maker. I do not use it for any of the specialty coffee drinks.
