This is an awesome coffee maker. This replaces an old MrCoffee Maker. We forgot what hot coffee was. Love the fact that we do no not need to buy filters anymore!

Makes pretty good drip coffee for a non specialist. We rarely use the fancier features but it appeals to some ever so often when family or friends visit. Would recommend upgrading to the thermal carafe as the glass one is easy to break.

Bought this for the wife. She absolutely loves it. Pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it. Makes a great cup of coffee.

This coffee maker is great! I am often just making enough coffee for myself and love that I can brew for my travel mug. I'm also a huge fan of the reusable filter.

Make great coffee. Easy to use interface and easy to clean. Just be careful when removing water housing unit as the lid is not secured to the tank.

I am a loyal Ninja brand customer but this machine didn’t quite meet my expectations. No matter what amount of coffee I made, even if only 4 cups, the grounds spilled out of the basket into the brewed coffee. I tried everything I could think of but still it made a mess. I took it back and bought the Ninja Dual Brew which did a nice even slower brew.

This thing is awesome! Coffee taste better. And you really notice the rich setting! Frothing part works great

Easy enough to use but very expensive for a coffee maker. it can make cups, half a pot or whole. The frother doesn't heat up the milk just froths it. So it is a very expensive coffee pot.

Makes the perfect cup of hot coffee, iced coffee or specialty brew. Has an awesome built in mill frother. Well worth the money over a standard coffee maker

A great coffee maker overall. Learning the mechanisms of how it works can be a little tricky for those not tech savvy, otherwise it's a great coffeemaker.
