Moving parts move very smoothly. 10 cups is a good volume for my wife and me. Frother works great, just rinse it off immediately after using.

No matter what amount of coffee I made, even if only 4 cups, the grounds spilled out of the basket into the brewed coffee. I tried everything I could think of but still it made a mess. I took it back and bought the Ninja Dual Brew which did a nice even slower brew.

The reusable filter is handy and environmentally friendly. The milk foamier works well. Wish you could program delayed brewing as a recurring item.

We rarely use the fancier features but it appeals to some ever so often when family or friends visit. Would recommend upgrading to the thermal carafe as the glass one is easy to break.

The frother doesn't heat up the milk just froths it. So it is a very expensive coffee pot.

Second for me to customize your coffee was big selling point. I had this coffee maker a month it am very happy with it
