Easy to use, easy to clean machine. The included filter seems sturdy and you have the option to use paper filters. I use this everyday, sometimes more than once.

Best Coffee Machine Ever!!! LOVE IT! I love fresh brewed coffee and the convenience of having the ability to do a single cup to a full pot! And the ice coffee feature is fabulous!!! I will never go back to a Keurig! I was really pleased with the quick delivery literally got the machine the next day delivered! Easy setup and calibration, comes with a few recipes in the instruction book. I have had this for about a month now and we all absolutely love this machine! No problems, easy to clean and operate. Highly recommend this machine!

I am so happy with this purchase! Very easy to use and clean. Have made hot and cold coffee, and teas. The frother works really well and cleans easily.

Love this machine. The auto program function works well, so I can leave it overnight so I have a pot ready in the morning. Its a bit frustrating I cant make a cup of coffee only in the morning, but the pot is good enough.

A quality coffee maker that makes for a good gift, but it is pricy and at this price I wish I would have gotten the model that is specifically made for coffee and tea but you can still make tea in this as well it’s just not an advertisers feature

My last coffee maker was a Ninja and it lasted about 10 years. The only complaint I had, was that when making a single cup, it would splash due to the two separate drips. This one has a single drip in the middle of the coffee receptacle which fixed the problem. The water reservoir is much easier to use than the older model and doesn't leak when seating it. It's a very well designed appliance and a big improvement over it's predecessor. The coffee tastes great. Highly recommended. I just hope it lasts as long as the last one.

This has to be the best coffee maker I have owned to date. I actually got mine on sale for under $100. The options offered and convenience of use and cleaning makes this unit pretty friendly for coffee lovers. The taste produced from this unit is enough to make me suggest this maker to a friend. BUT, the best thing I think to this maker is the clean feature. This unit descales and breaks down the calcium build up to bring you back to a unit that produces a clear and clean tasting pot of your favorite brew.

Great machine for the cost that is easy to use and quick to set up. Options for single serve, 1/2 and full pot make it perfect for all occasions.

Must have for anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee. Even tho manual says you don’t have to, I strongly recommend using a filter. It makes a huge difference.

I keep waiting for the quality of construction and materials of one of these machines to make it something that I can hold onto for longer than 6 months to a year. This machine is just as temporary as the last. It works as advertised and is as overpriced as expected.
