This coffee machine was a replacement from our old Ninja that broke. We liked that it had lots of different options for making coffee, but if you are like me sometimes I only want 8 cups. This machine only lets you do half (6 cups) or full (10 cups)... along with the smaller sizes like single thermus (3-4 cups?) or specialty serving (something like an espresso shot). If you overfill the water it just won't use it. so you are stuck making what it lets you make. But then again, it almost always makes a great cup of coffee when you put the correct amount of beans. Not that I have ever forgotten to switch settings from single to half or forgot the beans altogether.

I'm not a big coffee drinker but this is good machine and it's easy to use.

Easy to use. Coffee comes out great. We have used it for both regular coffee and espresso.

I have owned Keurig machines and I still use one almost daily. I bought this machine for my wife's birthday and we all love it! It makes great tasting coffee every time. Go buy one today, you wont be disappointed!

I bought this as a gift for my wife for Christmas. It was intimidating to her at first (the reason for 4 not 5 stars) but she quickly go the hang of it. She really likes all the features of the product and uses it mostly for iced coffee.

Love this machine. It's super easy to make a pot or anything in between. Makes hot coffee and keeps it hot. Very pleased

Works great and I love that it doesn't have pods. Very easy to use and clean. Def recommend for the price and quality.

Great coffee maker, easy to use with different options for coffee

I don't do reviews much but this thing is amazing! We've only been using this coffee maker for about 3 weeks but we love it. It makes great coffee and has so many options. After going through two Keurigs. this one is a welcome change. It blows them out of the water. The options for a small cup all the way up to a full carafe are great. My wife absolutely loves making iced coffee with it. It's quick, tastes great and doesn't melt all of the ice and water it down.

Easy to use, I like that I can make 1 cup at a time or use the glass pot to make more.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this coffee maker. I use the froth attachment every day, it is easy to use and quick to clean. I’ve had it for a few weeks now. I really like that I can brew a single cup or switch to the carafe and brew an entire pot when I have quests over. I appreciate the reusable filter and I enjoy not having to use disposable k cups daily. The measuring spoon that comes with it is so handy; I don’t have to guess how much to use. I highly recommend this product!
