Great coffee maker. The features and options are terrific.

I really love it! The best purchasing ever with the best price!

We wanted a pod free coffee maker as we are trying to reduce the environmental impact of the plastic pod. The Ninja has lots of coffee options to keep everyone in the house happy. It makes great coffee , hot or iced, with lots of cup sizes to choose from. The only negative we see is the small water tank, but it doesn’t bother us and we are happy to be pod free!

been using this for some time now and i got to say it works great 1 cup or small craft it does the job the whipping wand is great for fluffing your cream

I have many Ninja products and they are all top notch! This coffee maker does so many things well. It has multi level function, depending on amount of coffee one wants made. It extracts for more flavor and temperature is hotter than other makers I have had. The frother is a great added bonus. Overall, a must for coffee lovers.

Good coffee maker, the whipping tool is a nice touch.

We had a Keurig for years and really like it but wanted to try this based on wanting to make a variety of other coffee inspired drinks. It works great and the coffee definitely has a richer flavor. Even my kids use it. The frother is a nice perk. We were worried about longevity but so far have not had any issues.

I bought this as a Best Buy Deal of the Day for my family for Christmas. It was a huge hit. They love that they can make their own specialty drinks.

We love our Ninja Coffee maker. Its very easy to use and is especially useful because we can program it to start making our coffee and have it ready by the time we get up in the mornings. We don't really use the froth tool too much at all but the few times we have used it it work just fine with no issues. Also great at making iced coffee and hot/iced tea.

I love this coffee & espresso maker. I make Mocha’s and my husband makes his coffee in the morning. I bought the disposable coffee filters to use with it and it makes clean up soo easy! I love the little frother on the side! There is nothing to hate about this machine! Love it!

Easy to use and easy to clean. The water tank size is great compared to Keurig. Having the added froth makes for a perfect coffee maker.

This machine has been fantastic. Knowing this is just drip style coffee, it makes a very good cup. We love the removable reservoir for easy filling. We do not use all the "fancy" frother, etc. but have used the single cup brew and full pot brew and we are very happy with both. Lastly, buy GOOD coffee to experience GOOD coffee.

This product is great. A little pricey, but it works fantastically and does everything I wanted/expected. Have only had it for a couple weeks so the review process is a little premature and the process for submitting this through Best Buy is NOT user friendly, but they had the best price and inventory at the time I needed/wanted

This has been the best buy (no pun intended) of 2020. For any avid coffee lover, I know you will not regret this decision. So many different options with this model. I love the froth option which one of the biggest selling points for me. I look forward to all my mornings and I know you will once you take one of these bad boys home.

Con: Warmer plate can’t be used unless doing a 1/2 pot or whole pot. I like to start a brew for a couple of cups and then circle back to pour in a cup. Can’t do that or coffee gets cold. I have to use thermos for it to drip into for anything less than 1/2 pot. Pro: I do like the extra functionality: frother & brewing options. Has been easy to use.

It works so well!! Just what I need it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall the options are good and it works exactly as intended. My only negative is when you set the timer, you've got to be fast with the settings or you'll end up brewing prematurely.
