Buy reusable #4 filters. The filter that it comes with leaves a small amount of grinds in the cup.

Dont understand the bad reviews. I make a half pot of coffee all the time and it comes out great. I use paper filters not the permanent one and turn the drip stop on after brewing per the instructions. I also like using the rich brew option and frothing some milk.

We love our new coffee maker! It does so much but is so easy to use.

I bought this coffee maker to replace a combo coffee maker/espresso machine when the espresso side blew up. To replace that combo with a "real" espresso combination would have cost twice as much as this one, so this is a good value machine. I would recommend it for people who want to spend less than $200. But I had to monkey with the instructions for both coffee and the espresso-like brew it advertises. In both cases, you need way more coffee grounds than the instructions say, if you want good-tasting coffee. It seems the instructions were written for people who like weak coffee. Once that is sorted out, you can get good coffee and something like espresso. This product would be better if both the carafe and water tank had cup measurements on them instead of just the pre-selected sizes. And the description for the multi-serve one is missing, so the user has to guess how much water and coffee grounds to put in, and how much it makes.

Will have to wait for Christmas to get a true review but I’m hoping he will be as pleased as he can be

This is by far the best coffee maker I have ever had! It's great because you can choose whatever setting is best for you whether it's an individual cup or a whole carafe. Coffee tastes amazing! The frother is the best part of you want to make a special drink.

This is my first coffee maker and I really like it. I like how I don't have to really measure the water I just simply fill up the tank and press one of the buttons and if uses the exact amount of water that it needed to make my coffee.

Coffee is really good. I’m not much of a snob, but my wife has enjoyed every cup I’ve made for her. Saves me hundreds on Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and Beans & Brews. Worth every penny.

Milk frother broke a couple months after buying coffee maker.

Had to get this one to replace an older Ninja model that we just wore out...and that one still works, we just keep it as a backup. Love this thing and glad we got it! Easy to use and clean, and it holds up to a lot of use!

I loved this machine but then in less than 2 years, it would cut off mid brew and id have to keep turning it back on 3-8 times just to get a cup of coffee. A $100 coffee maker shoild not die this soon

This is over all a good coffee maker but it has one major flaw holding it back. Their should be an option to mute the beeps it does when it is complete. It is so loud that it has woken my kids up in the morning. When I wake up and my kids are asleep and i need coffee the most i am afraid to use it for this reason.

I love this coffee maker...there was a previous coffee maker that had a single and a full carafe; however, after a few months, the machine started leaking. The warmer actually keeps the coffee hot, not lukewarm.

I love this machine, when they design this coffee maker they thought of everything. I could go on for ever to explain everything it does. Awesome tasting coffee too! I have been using a Kcup machine for years, the taste is so much better from the Ninja

This was bought as a replacement for a worn out Nija coffee maker. This is the newer model, but works as expected. Love it and wouldn't have bought the same brand and type if not for past experience. Great product.

Love the coffee, this thing brews the best coffee. We replaced a cheap coffee make with it and the quality of the coffee it brews (even from the exact same grounds) is so much better. All of the extra options are amazing!

Makes great coffee once you figure your preferences for half and full pots. Fast brewing. Much faster than the old coffee maker that we had. My wife loves the different brews that you can make as well as the frother.

I love coffee and I cannot say how much I love this over my cruddy cheap Hamilton Beach. Excellent quality, brews fast, and does a solid job on specialty coffees. Had a friend buy one too and they love it as well.

I had a simple coffee maker, but wanted one that would do more. This one fills the bill nicely. There are certainly machines that do more, but they cost a lot more, perhaps 3 to 4 times more.. Yes, I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone.
