My 15 year old Frigidaire coffee maker packed up so I got this Ninja because I love Ninja products. It does a great job. Cleaned it with vinegar the first round so I didn’t get the plastic taste. I have no buyer’s remorse so go get it! Super easy to use too!

Omgoodness... Sometimes you aren't expecting true love to walk into your life. :) I had a Keurig and it didn't taste half as good as this puppy. Highly recommend this product and I haven't even been able to utilize all of its functionality yet.

If you like drinking ICED or HOT coffee this machine is for you. Its easy to work and quick and easy. I got this mainly because I'm an ice coffee fan and this does it in minutes instead of the whole making coffee and waiting overnight deal.

Large travel mug volume is not generally a full mugs worth but that's not the end of the world. Otherwise, it needs remarkably fast, even on Rich setting. Made me think it wouldn't be very rich but it's fine. Lid on carafe is a little of a pain to align to screw on properly. Permanent filter does a great job keeping most fine particles out of coffee. Paper filters fit well if that's the preference.

OMG, I love this brewer. Love the various options to make coffee and the ease of use. I would recommend you use a paper filter with the coffee grinds for quick cleanup. The scoop sizes are very accurate for a cup, mug, or pot of coffee.

This replaced an automatic pour-over. It is faster, better tasting and less hassle!

This was a family investment indeed! We have saved so much money this month already, by staying home and making our own delicious coffee (for my husband) , frappes (for the teens) , and lattes (fir myself).

Love this unit so far! It does make really strong coffee, I tend to use less coffee grinds then they recommend. I also got the specific disposable filters for this. I found some residue in the bottom of my cup with the mesh -reuseable one it comes with

Great coffe maker, easy to use, has its own detachable scoop so you won't loose it, great for a fast milk froth and the best part, the water tank is detachable for easy cleaning.

Inconsistent temperature with regular coffee, and when you use the specialty coffee feature it's just not hot enough. As far as quality of the coffee, it's better when you use a regular paper filter not the one built-in, overall disappointed with the quality of it

First fancier coffee machine I’ve owned and I love it. Made some iced coffee and made a cappuccino as well. Everything is easy to use and clean and the instructions are very useful.

great coffee maker. I've had at least 20 home coffee makers over the years/offices and spent years as a barista.. This thing does the job well and consistently, if not with a ton of bells and whistles.
