Really like it alot works great and makes great coffee. Tried the rich setting but made the coffee too strong for me. But other than that its a great product.

Best coffee maker I have owned. Read reviews and decided to buy although we owned a Krueger. This is by far a better tasting coffee maker. So happy to buy, gotta go make some coffee.

It’s very easy to use and easy to maintain. I really like the versatility, you have the option to make one cup or a carafe, and also you can have a variety of flavors that you can explore.

Love this, and a wonderful price. I love being having the ability to do both a single serve or a full pot of coffee. The frother is great too although it doesn't heat the milk (I already knew that before purchasing). It doesn't take up a lot of counter space either.

I love how it serves me when I want to enjoy a half pot coffee all day it just a single serve. I enjoyed it coffee or tea as well. User friendly and easy to clean. Permanent filter is the best

Mainly my wife drinks at least 16oz of coffee EVERY DAY! She loved the Ninja I bought for her several years ago. Nothing was wrong with it. However, I started drinking coffee with her on the weekends so we upgraded our Ninja to have the coffee pot. Darn thing just died tonight. Up and quit! Looking for something else now.

This is a great coffee maker. Best part about it is the versatility to use it as a single serve, but also be able to use the carafe and have it be used as a normal multi-serve coffee makes. I haven’t really seen any opportunity to use the frother, but it’s a decent touch to add an element of value to an already impressive unit. The mesh basket prevents the need for paper filters, giving a better coffee flavor in my opinion, but you could still use them if you wanted to. The water reservoir is easy to take off and put back on when refilling is necessary. Clean up and upkeep is also extremely simple.

Honestly it’s better than expected. It’s nice that the scoop has the recommended amount on it. The coffee brews really hot and the drip stop is nice so the warmer stays like new.

It is a good coffee maker as far as regular coffee goes. As a latte or specialty coffee brewer it lacks necessary requirements for a good latte or cappuccino flavors. If you like regular coffee its great but too pricey for a regular cup of coffee.

To much money for what you get, I returned it. I couldn't get it to make a full pot of coffee. I filled the reservoir to the maximum level and only about half the water would get used. Even when I tried to make half of a pot of coffee, I would only get about two cups.

Works great and brews coffee fast. Removable water tank makes it easy to clean. A few more buttons to push than previous coffee maker but all in all makes a good cup of coffee.

This coffe machine is awesome with the flexibility to make speciality drinks in so many ways at home. Love the frother.

I love this coffee maker! It makes a perfect cup of coffee. From the built in milk frother to the convenient pull out filter basket, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Like the variety of ways to make coffee and not use the pods. We make a cup at a time and a carafe. Granddaughter loved making iced coffee. The water vessel is easy to fill and clean. Would suggest using coffee that is not ground finely unless you use a filter.

As far as the guys who hooked up my TV they were excellent. All was working really well. BUT, now I cannot turn off the TV. It keeps saying, "Press Menu to watch Fios TV; otherwise , turn your TV off. " So, those words stay on the TV. The new TV is a Samsung. I have another Samsung downstairs. I have no problem turning off the downstairs TV. Also, on the new TV I have to get up to turn the sound down or up on the sound bar. The remote which I have does not work the sound bar. Is this Best Buy problem or is this Verizon problem?

The ability to make single cups with no K-Cups is a joy the iced coffee features and the frothing feature was definitely a great upgrade from my previous Ninja coffee maker
