Been using this coffee maker for a month now and I have 0 complaints. It has tons of different options for strength and size of brew. Worth the price!

Makes the best pot of coffee we ever had and so easy to use. Mornings would never be the same without it. This is a great purchase and they don’t happen often.

I've gone through a lot of coffee makers, drip, percolator, keurig, french press. They all have good and bad points. I bought this as a gift for family and enjoyed it so much that I picked up one for myself. I like hot coffee and the temperature seems just right. I like the flexibility of the programmed settings and you can make a single serving without having to buy k-cups. I find that I spend less money on coffee when I'm out since I bought this. BB price match was a plus. The only thing I would have liked would be more stainless trim on the edges but not a deal breaker.

I am not an expert on coffee and I was looking for a machine that could make single cups or an entire pot. After some research, I decided to give the Ninja a try and have not been disappointed so far. The features I particularly like are: I can select from multiple sizes, it has a switch to allow you to stop the flow of coffee, it has a platform for a single mug. I think the part I like the most is the water reservoir that is removable to refill rather than having to pour a water from the coffee pot as in a traditional coffee maker. I haven't tried all the features, yet, but at this time, I'm very pleased with this product.

Replaced and older model and this is still a quality item. New model is lighter and brew time is a bit faster.

love the coffee maker, especially the frother for when im feeling fancy and want to spice things up. i got the ninja cup as well for on the go and it fits perfectly on the warmer

Best coffee maker I have ever owned. No need to go to Starbucks anymore when you can make so delicious coffee at home. Really brings out the flavors of my coffee.

overall its not a bad coffee maker. have to set delay start every night . doesn't remember the time. always resets. also ,if you don't chose either 1/2 or full pot, the burner doesn't get warm. coffee is Luke warm at best

I have been looking for a coffee maker for a long time that can stand up the test of time. I usually end up buying a new one every 6 months. Combination of having hard water that I am sure is torture on a device that heats water and my high standards for coffee. This device is 6 months in and still going very strong. I really enjoy the iced coffee feature. Makes a great cup of iced coffee. Hot coffee does take a bit longer than most quick machines out there but thats because it really does a great job of heating the water. Its worth the extra 60 seconds to wait.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. She said she will be saving a lot of money now that she has her own latte maker with a frothed.

Got it for my wife for Mother’s Day and she has used it every day since! She loves it, I love it and anyone who visits and has some coffee loves it.

I like this coffee machine a lot. It is very easy to use. I like that I can indicate exactly how much coffee I am looking to make. There is a little scoop that shows you how much is needed based on weather you want a cup or a carafe. The frother is also very easy to use and clean. I like that there is a washable coffee filter and I dont need to buy any. This machine was a step up from my Mr. Coffee yet not as fancy as an espresso machine but exactly what I wanted. There is also a function for specialty coffee which I have not used. I am not a coffee snob but this machine exceeded my expectations.
