We typically make a pot in the AM and single iced or hot brew later in the day. However, I am not sure whether I got a lemon or it is designed poorly but the water reservoir leaks - EVERY TIME, Also, you can not get the last drops of coffee from the carafe without taking off the lid. As much as I hoped it would save us money by not going to coffee shops, it is not worth the aggravation. I am going to exchange it.
