I was extremely happy with this coffee maker from 12- 25-19 until 12-30-20 when the digital display stop working therefore cannot be a pot of coffee, it's getting power because the frother works. Hopefully the warranty department will be kind. Off they offer to fix the issue I will stop be extremely happy with it but if not the cost is too much for only a year of use. To be continued...

This is our second Ninja coffee maker, tried a Keurig in between our first and this one and that was a total mistake. This line of coffee makers brews and keeps the perfect temperature, with bold flavors, and great taste. We will never try a different coffee maker again.

Great coffee maker. Folks really like the "specialty" brew with foamed milk. One downside is that you have to program the delayed brew time everytime. If you can, use filtered water that removes as much minerals as possible; it drastically reduces how often you have to run the clean cycle

Love the coffee maker. We had a Ninja coffee maker that lasted for years; and this was it's replacement. Love the fact that it has 6 different size brews, as opposed to 4 that the old one had. Wife loves the frother, despite the fact it doesn't heat.

It was working good at first but is starting to give issues

If you are looking for a coffee bar machine, you need this. You can brew a full pot, half, travel mug, large coffee cup and regular coffee cup. Then you choose how you want it brewed. Rich, classic, over ice and there is a freaking frothier on the side. Totally worth every penny I spent.

Bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day. She loves it. She said it’s the best Mother’s Day gift ever.

Upgraded from an older Ninja model and love this. Subtle improvements over previous generation like water level markings on the reservoir that are on the front rather than side, and there is a warming element under the carafe also.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. After we got it set up she made a cup of coffee and kept raving about it. I do not drink coffee, at all. I decided to have a sip to see how good it was. Well, I now drink coffee and there’s no turning back.

Holy living crap, this is _easily_ the best coffeemaker I've ever bought. It's quick, quiet, doesn't back up if there's an overload of grounds, and the frothing wand has been an absolute godsend for making foamy lattes (though it has inspired a LOT of Zoolander references).

Makes great coffee, easy to use, only complaint I have is it's hard to clean

I first will mention that I had to original machine model predating this one buy a year and at the time was on "sale" then purchased a protection plan "2 years" with the machine. 20 bucks. Good thing about 1.3 years to date it stoped making coffee to batch setting amount. A full pot was like a 3rd pot. Idk bought this newer one by honoring protection plan and purchased a new plan 22bucks lol good machine suddenly stoped working right. Still recomended by me

Drop stop quit working after a few months. I only use it once or twice a week.

Nice coffee maker but didn’t come with a froth adapter

I love it! For a decade I was a Keuriq owner but as my family grew I wanted a machine that could make a pot of coffee and a single cup. This ninja does just that and much more. I definitely recommend.

I purchased this item for my wife and she absolutely loves it.... she drinks coffee faithfully everyday and loves all of the features and has started making hot tea I would recommend this product very well built and does not take a lot of space on the countertop....
