We had the previous model. This one has the drip switch. Really helps on drips and clean up after the pour. Also, like the front facing water storage over the previous model.

This coffee machine is fantastic. The only thing I was hoping for that the interior of the coffee basket filter holder is not plastic, other than that, it's perfect and does the job.

I replaced an older version of this. I like that it includes a coffee pot and can brew whole or half carafe. I finally figured out that the warming feature is only for those 2 settings. I like the Rich brew option. My old one lasted for years. Hope this one does too.

It has exceeded our expectations. It is so well thought out. We have not tried the frother yet but love the rest especially the dial up controls for the carafe.

I love being able to use one machine to make a Carafe or just a single cup depending on the time of day. The milk frother is amazing and works with a variety of milk types. The water reservoir is so easy to clean and fill. The permanent filter is so convenient and again easy to clean. Assembly and the instructions were very straightforward. The addition of a cleaning cycle is fantastic. The specialty brew option is one of our favorites. I've already recommended this to family looking to replace their current coffee maker. This is one of our most used appliances.

Makes great coffee turned out better then expected

Haven't used it yet. It is a Christmas gift. But I really hope that the product is great. I'll edit the review once I know more. PS this review is so early because I get best buy points.

We really like this machine.... unfortunately, we dropped the water reservoir and it sustained a small crack. It now has a slow leak. Some replacement parts are available through ninjakitchen.com, but not the water reservoir. Really bummed out!

I recently upgraded my 3.5 yr old CF112 (which is also a wonderful machine) to this model. The simple feature of the delay brew and carafe made it absolutely worth the investment.

Seriously cool coffee maker. Loads of features. Haven’t owned it very long (one month at this point) but I’d highly recommend it to anyone remotely into having good coffee.

Was looking for something that would fit the counterspace and be functional in different aspects, and the Ninja fits the bill. The brew quality is awesome!

Previous coffee makers have had issues with molding due to non removable parts. Everything on this is removable which makes it much easier to clean.

Makes a very nice ice coffee. If you want to have fast cold coffee drink this is hard to beat. Better than most coffee shops in Dallas.

Excellent coffee maker. I am in college and use it every morning to start my day. Can make any combination of coffee you wish as long as you are a good barista.

This thing is absolutely amazing! I’m a full blown barista in my household with my frothing skills! Do yourself a favor and elevate your life with this thing.

This is by far the best coffee maker we have owned. We especially like the single cup feature without having to buy the more expensive pre-packaged cups that other brands offer.

Love the over ice setting. Frother is kind of gimmicky, but a nice touch. Have been using for several months and it continues to work well.

Didn’t know how bad the coffee we were drinking was until we brought this home! During quarantine, this machine has been put to use and we love it. The different sizes and types lets us mix it up and keep it interesting. Only downside is the forever filter still lets a decent amount of grounds through.

Practically perfect office coffee maker in this time of hybrid work. The multi features of full pot to single cup brews make it useful when you are the only one in the office or you are surrounded with multiple co-workers needing that cup of coffee.
