Practically perfect office coffee maker in this time of hybrid work. The multi features of full pot to single cup brews make it useful when you are the only one in the office or you are surrounded with multiple co-workers needing that cup of coffee.

This coffee maker exceeded my expectations. All modes work beautifully and I particularly love the over ice setting.

I love it. It does exactly what it says it can do. However, I only wish it could make the specialty coffee more like espresso. Overall, it is an excellent coffee maker!

Expensive, but worth it. Love the programming and drip stop features. I've had it for about a month now and no problems. The measuring spoon comes in handy as well.

This machine is perfect for my iced coffee, as if it saving me money from going to coffee shops every morning. Not a big fan of the hot coffee feature as it leaves the coffee tasting bitter and the it’s definitely not hot enough

…this is the coffee machine for you. This coffee maker has a fatal flaw: If you make a full pot of coffee, the grinds splash up on to the underside of the dispenser. This is a very hard area to clean (either have to take a paper towel to the top underside and try to wipe off all the grinds in an area where this isn’t much maneuvering room or you have to unplug the machine and tilt it under a spray washer). Neither of these are satisfactory for a machine at this price point. Shame on you, Ninja.

Love this coffee maker. My only complaint is the coffee isn’t hot enough. Compared to my Keurig, I have to heat up the coffee in the microwave whether I add milk or drink it black. Otherwise, I do love this coffee maker and would recommend solely for the features.

This is a great coffee maker with plenty of options. Its been fun trying new ways to spice up our daily coffee routine, especially being at home all the time.

Notice it does not get really hot, which I usually look really hot coffee. Otherwise this is a awesome plus in my home.
