My absolute favorite coffee maker. My husband and I are die hard coffee drinkers and we really like the quality of this one.

Great for making fancy coffee at home. Latte, espresso, tea. Ouch up the right ingredients and you'll never want to visit Starbucks again.

I have been using this machine for over a week now. Overall I do like it. It's easy to set up and brew. I found the optional sizing to be fantastic. The ability to change from 8oz to travel mug to half pot to Full pot was great! The machine does take up a fair amount of counter space but brings a lot of function. All items except the pot(unless you use it regularly) store within the device. This includes the cup platform, coffee scoop milk frother, and water reservoir. Brewing is as simple as adding coffee grind, select sizing, and place cup - Push the button. Cleanup is easy as well, just have to dump grinds from the microfilter and rinse out. The frother simply twists off for a quick rinse as well. While the initial cost is a bit high for a coffee maker this machine brings some new tricks and is well made. While mostly built of plastic it is put together well. The frother swings out to the side, the brewer basket to the front and the reservoir goes up to about an inch to remove. Be sure to check your cabinet heights before purchase. I was able to get this under my cabinets on the counter but this could be problematic for some people. The brewer does have a few options beyond sizing: Brew/RIch/Iced. Providing some flexibility. Knocked down 1 star for the following: Needs a larger reservoir - only able to do 1 full pot per fill Sizing could be problematic for some users cost of the item I would like to have seen some better build other than plastic and a small pressed aluminum cover. Overall, I really like the machine. The initial cost may be a bit high but the total cost of ownership over my "K" brew will make up for that over time. Loving the milk frother!!!!! And the other options I didn't have with my other machines!!

No problems here. My husband love it and I'm super glad to have it as a new addition to the laundry list of appliances in our home.

i love this coffee maker it makes a pot very fast, only makes what u ask for then it stops no refilling the water i would recommend it to anyone

This is one amazing purchase. The features of the different styles of coffee is amazing. A family member had one and I had to buy one myself.

I honestly don't see how this coffee maker isn't rated lower. I've never had a less-convenient way to make a cup or pot of coffee in the morning. The first issue is with the various sizes of cups/brews. You need to have the exact size cup for the different selections, otherwise you end up with a cup that isn't full or an overflowing mess on your counter. If you want to make 2-4 cups and use the carafe, you need to make sure you have MORE than enough water in the reservoir. Otherwise the coffeemaker will shut off and you'll have a cold pot of coffee. What kind of feature is that? "Add more water or the exact amount of coffee you wanted to brew will be cold in 15 minutes." The final straw was the "Drip Stop" feature. The drip no longer stops, as a piece of the mechanism fell out at some point and has most likely washed down the drain. But don't worry, after you email customer service, they'll have you call them and give them all the details for the warranty, then they'll send you a new basket after you pay retail price plus shipping since that part isn't covered under the warranty. Frankly I'd rather fly to Columbia, harvest my own beans, grind them by hand, boil water over a fire and steep the grounds in a hand-made cheese cloth than deal with this coffee maker ever again.
