He says the coffee tastes horrible no matter which brand or setting we try (I use flavored cream, he likes it black). I don’t know why this is. Definitely not as convenient as keurig, just a coffee maker.

Not sure that a fold-away frother offsets all of the plastic. Of course the carafe broke, after it had been leaking for a few weeks. Measuring the coffee isn't done by number of cups, like in the olden days; rather it is by 'size' (cup, xl, half a broken carafe, etc). Inconsistent results, especially when it comes to people (probably a lot of us) who have spent half a decade measuring stuff a certain way. No matter, Ninja wouldn't send a replacement carafe without me agreeing to pay for shipping, or just outright buying a new carafe. Absolute trash company. Hard pass.

Takes quite long just to get one cup of coffee plus the tank is really small. Doesn't even last a week

Horrible-New design no difference just watery coff

I first started out by using specialty coffees I ordered online for a new flavor every mo. and I use rich flavor, but for some reason in this coffee maker, every type of coffee is watery. I went to Folgers and that was watery. Then Maxwell house, that was watery. I have tried to add more scoops coffee & less water & no difference in results. I am returning this. The first one I had from 4 yrs ago worked great until the display went out.
