Needs a Baby-Sitter
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked okay for a couple weeks and then started making coffee grind messes. The heated water pours into the filter basket much faster than the basket drains. Turning the power off and on throughout the brewing process, to allow the water time to drain, results in a minor mess. Leaving it to brew a full pot unattended results in a huge coffee ground mess that is easiest cleaned with a Shop Vac. Never had a coffee maker that was more frustrating in all my 40 years of coffee drinking.

Not so ninja
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this coffee maker because I had the first addition one from about 8 years ago, and I accidentally melted it on the stove. So this was just about the same one, so I got it. To learn it is far from the same quality, it doesn’t fill the pot all the way, the drip filter deal comes out while it is brewing and stops the brew. I don’t think it gets as hot as the original. Or we just got a lemon. I have lots of other ninja products this is by far the worst!

Warmer plate dissapointment.

Horrible long term reliability

By May 2018 got the "5 beeps" of death and had to replace under warranty. Just happened again and now I'm out of warranty. Check Amazon reviews and YouTube videos and you'll see this thing is built to be disposable after about a year

Not what they say it is
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not impressed. Sure the single serve coffee option is nice but it lacks in other areas. Cleaning the glass carafe is a pain. Opening is to small to put your hand in. Water also gets stuck in the plastic around it never drying. This makes a mess when you try to make coffee the next day. On a full pot setting the unit tends to over flood. For what your paying you expect a better product.

I was very excited about it and have been thinking about it for the past year. It arrived today just in the coffee maker box, no cardboard box around it. My mom got home before me and saw her Christmas gift sitting outside. Wouldn't you package your products in a box to ship it to your customers? To protect it from damage during transportation and from people seeing your products on your porch and stealing them? Very disappointed.
