It is capable of cooking nutritious, healthy meals in much less time than using conventional methods of cooking . Basically, set the selected setting for the item(s) prepared for your meal ,and without hovering over the stove or oven, and the automatic shut off let's you enjoy the fruits of the machines labor.

There’s a bit of a learning curve but I’ve been using this breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ve gone on YouTube for recipes and found the salted pepper. Every recipe she has is great and takes out the guess work. I love having the air crisper, pressure cooker, slow cooker and everything else this pot does. Everything in one pot. I did order the air fryer basket and reversible rack from ninja.
