cord too short

The cord is too darn short. This thing is big and you don't want it directly under your cupboards. Unless you have a big island with no uppers and a counter top level plug, the cord is just too short. I can take care of extra cord to be safe, but I can't be safe with too short a cord. Additionally, it lacks the more traditional fry basket. (let alone other accessories such as the rack for dehydrating). Still learning to use it and look forward to trying the various features.

Totally worth the money.
