Right Ninja, wrong series

I was expecting the ninja foodie with the crisping basket and collapsible rack. What I received was a crisping plate and small rack. I guess it’s my error for not reading description better.

Good buy @ Best Buy got expensive

It states not to return to the store but to call their help line. It was discovered that I had a defective unit and before they would send me a new one they had to witness me cutting the cord. Then they tell you they need your credit card information so they can charge you $23. for shipping. The unit was barely 2 weeks old. The good buy at Best Buy just got expensive...

fine if you don't have an oven with a fan.
