Super happy with this product. I recommend this item!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift, first time it came to my house in the box they sell it on the shelf. The box was ripped and extremely damaged. I didn’t even bother opening it since it was obvious it had been dropped multiple times. They even put BROWN TAPE all over the box to try to hold it together lol. So I took it back to the store the next day. They had it shipped to me a second time, and even added a note to the shipper to please put it inside another box… did they do that?? no. The second one came in almost as damaged as the first one, slightly less. I took it back to the store again! I wanted to try a third time but have it shipped to the store, but annoyingly enough they were all sold out. Thankfully Best Buy had an amazing manager on staff today. He ordered us a similar product to be shipped to our house again (it couldn’t be shipped to the store either) so fingers crossed this one will arrive in better shape? I can’t rate the product per say since I never got one I could use…

I was hesitant to purchase this for a pressure cooker because I was using the IP for years. The lid broke so I bought this to replace it. It is amazing. I've only used the slow cook and pressure cook so far but I've been really happy with the results. The hinged lid is great.

I love it! It does virtually everything you would want with cooking. The only thing that i dont like is having to put mits on to pull up and out the basket, because if not you'll burn your hand with how hot it gets. Other than that its awesome. Looks great and does what it says it does. Great built quality it feels like tank.

I love that I can pressure cook ribs one night and make soup or a roast with vegetables the next. And love to cook chicken strips and fries and they crisp up nicely, Air frying vegetables is my all-time favorite thing to do with my air fryer option.

This is definetively one of the best if not the best cooker I’ve ever purchased. It has everything I need to do many different types of diners. Quality wise looks and feels solid. I got on sale so price was very good. Also, it’s very easy to use.

I thought when buying this that it might be gimmicky, but I can definitely say that’s not the case. It’s very versatile, and can be used for everything from air frying and sous vide to pressure cooking and even just a regular crockpot. I definitely recommend.
