The Ninja Foodi 14-in-1 8-qt. XL Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer with SmartLid is a very versatile and useful addition to any kitchen. The pressure cooker function is great for tenderizing meats or making a stew. The steam fryer mode is terrific for cooking tender, juicy meals, such as chicken. The air fryer is good for things like fries and chicken nuggets. Of course, you can also bake breads, cakes, and other tasty treats. I was particularly interested how well it handled cooking the "3-layer meals" Ninja touts. As it turns out, it does pretty well. And that's just the general theme of this Foodi. It just does everything pretty well. Although it is a bit more involved to really clean than some other options may be. On the whole, Ninja has done it again. The Foodi is an excellent, versatile, and helpful addition to our kitchen; and we really enjoy it.

I love this pressure cooker. I actually had last years model which still works great but a second one was needed. This does so many things it would take a 5 page review so I suggest reading the manual and looking online also as there are tons of recipes out there. My personal favorite is doing corned beef for reuben sandwiches and corned beef hash. I have also used the older version almost daily for air frying, steaming and other things. The design is more modern and goes exceptionally well if you have stainless steel appliances already. The controls are easy to understand and the digital readout is easy to see. They made what was already a great product into a much nicer design, added some additional features and made some hardware changes also to make it easier to switch between different styles of cooking. It's a winner.

To be honest I’ve only used it twice so far; to stream crisp chicken thighs and air fry potatoes. Both turned out well. I just recommended this to my DIL who’s pressure cooker just crapped out. She’s wanted an air fryer but didn’t have room for it in her kitchen but with this appliance gets both and more. Also, she’d checked on Amazon and their sale price was much higher than yours. Luckily she checked in with me first and i referred her to Best Buy. She ordered it today!

Ninja Foodi Pressure cookers have become and must have in my kitchen. I have a couple older 8qt versions and a 6qt. The 6qt has become the secondary cooker but mostly used for rice. I'm half Korean so rice is an almost daily thing for my daughter and me, lol. I was a little disappointed in the last model because they swapped the buttons to set time and temp with a dial. It made it cumbersome if you have to set a longer cook time as you had spin, spin, spin, spin, spin... it got old quickly. So this years model takes it back to the buttons. Just hold it down til you get to where you want and go. Another big hit for me is the unified lid. It was a bit of a hassle have to find room to store the PC lid when not in use. I couldn't leave the air frier lid up because it would be in the way of the cupboard. The new Ninja Foodi PC fixed that by putting both units in one lid. While it's a little harder to clean, not having to find space to store the lid makes up for it. The first thing I made was Chicken Taco Soup. When I started the PC I noticed a fan churning. The air frier unit blows while the PC is getting up to pressure. I'm not sure how long it stays on and if it turned off after it got to pressure since sitting and watching a PC defeats the purpose of using it. It was interesting though. The air frier heating element didn't turn on so I'm curious as to why it does it. It's probably in the book but since this I'm familiar with the Foodi I didn't think I needed to read it. This weekend I plan on testing out the Sous Vide option that's been added. I used to use my older model for Sous Vide but only to hold the water as I dip the Sous Vide stick in to do the cooking. One thing they left of that the previous versions had were utensils. A round spatula and ladel. I've got a small collection of them now so no big thing for me. I had a little bout of COVID so I didn't get to use the Foodi as much as I'd have liked since I had to isolate upstairs. But I'll make up for it next week. I've got a few meals lined up already and can't wait to get going! I never want to be without my Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker and the newest version is a huge hit.

Easy to use , saves cooking time ( less time consuming) , easy to clean.

Love my ninja. Very helpful. Cooks fast and easy. Never have to turn the stove on.

I bought this Ninja product about 2.5 years ago. I ran it like a rented mule. The time and energy i saved more than made up for the cost. Pretty much the best thing I've ever put in my kitchen. Unfortunately, my little ninja buddy gave up the ghost 3 days ago. The fan will not work anymore but all other functions work great. I will certainly purchase this product again.

This didn't work well as an Pressure Cooker or a Deep Fryer. Recommend going with instapot and buying them separately.

I have been using the Ninja Foodi for my weekly meal prep and it is the best! I can prepare a healthy meal for my weekly lunches in under an hour with hardly any mess to clean up! We also really enjoy the air fryer feature, and have even used the slow cooker to make a great pot of chili in no time! If you are looking for an all in one device to save counter space and make delicious meals super easy the Ninja Foodi XL is the device for you!

This item is a game changer! Previously I owned a pressure cooker that only did one thing this thing does 14. If added a few weeks now and I've used multiple functions. It's really nice not having to get out multiple appliances anymore!

We bought one of these and after my wife cooked 3 things at the same time in it she was hooked. I ended up buying another one for the travel trailer also. It has a little bit of a learning process but comes with a Cookbook with instructions.

This pressure vooker does it all, and is super easy to work with. Coming from a competitor, having the ability to put a wire rack in has helped so many meals.

It's replaced both my trusted Air Fryer and Instapot, because it can do both. Insanely simple to operate after reading the instructions. I've used it consistently since I received the product and have been in love with. So simple to use and save a ton of time and dishes
