Haven't bought the baking pan yet. If you do not make the same quantity as the recipes give adjust your time downward and maybe the temperature too. We used canola oil to brush the grill and no smoke. Pork chips came out excellent too. We had an Airfreight but this is more versatile.

I use it most days a week! I have grilled chicken, filet mignon, vege skewers, turkey & salmon burgers and have air crisped tilapia and zucchini so far. No complaints!! Cooks quick & is super easy to clean w/super easy to clean a ++ !!
