Bad model, great company

I bought this model and within 3 weeks the bolts on the bottom had come loose. I didn’t realize it until one morning I was making a smoothie and smoke started pouring out of it. Apparently the bolts compress the base together and allow the gears that spin the blades to operate freely. When the bolts came loose it didn’t compress it and caused the base to grind on the rotating gears which led to it smoking. Not sure any of this information is “usable” but maybe a heads up to anyone wanting to buy, what to keep an eye out for. Our old blender, an older model, worked amazing for years. Company makes decent products so idk if it was just a bad item or what.

I like that it comes with the small blenders when you just want to make a quick smoothie with less cleanup!

Lots of functions and different containers

Have made a lot of different things in each of the containers. Works REALLY well. Had an older model that was ~10 years old that gave out under very heavy usage. very satisfied so far.
