Best purchase I’ve made in a while. Thought I wanted a Delongi and had been doing homework a couple of months. Heard about this machine and kinda reluctantly pulled the trigger after reading about problems others were having. We love this thing in every respect! I believe problems most people spoke about resulted primarily from not reading and following directions. Also advise watching YouTube videos from people who know what they’re doing. It’s not difficult at all to use or learn to be perfect at, but you do have to be willing to learn. Don’t just pull it out of the box, plug it in, and expect a Starbucks to appear in your kitchen. There does seem to be some legitimate problems people may have with the grinding motor, but nearly all state that the manufacturer is easy to work with. One negative thing I can mention, if you want items from shark related to this such as cleaning tablets they seem to always be out of stock. Many alternatives are available from other sources.

Bought this as an upgrade to a manual espresso machine and this thing is great. As a person who doesn’t want to bother weighing espresso I love that it pretty much does everything for me. Someone who enjoys the process of making espresso might not love this but for me who has small kids and every sec counts this is perfect especially at this price point

I’ve been using this coffee machine every day for months. If you are looking for a good machine to make lattes or add more variety in your coffee, just buy this one!

It’s pricey, but if you like coffee and espresso and anything in between, this thing does it all. The built in grinder is great and has tons of settings and features to tailor to anyone.

it’s amazing it actually brews coffee that tastes completely different from a regular coffee maker. The flavor is unique and surprisingly good! If you’re a true coffee fan, you need to have this in your home. It’s fun, easy to use.

Where do I start? This has been one of the best things we have purchased. Took a bit to get use to from the old school coffee pot but it has now took off and we won't be going back. The price is high but definitely worth it. I recommend it.

Easy to use, makes delicious coffee, and well priced. Use it everyday, twice a day.

Purchased this for my coffee loving husband. He loves it and is excited to make new coffee based drinks. There does appear to be a bit of a learning curve but so far he loves the challenge.

I love Ninja products. Once you set this machine up and watch the product videos you can make Starbucks quality drinks at home. Like everything, it does require periodic maintenance to continue to run smoothly.

Well I have to say I have purchased many different coffee makers espresso makers and everything above that you can think of when it comes to coffee. And this is by far the best machine out there. Works better then the 1900$ Phillips
