    Initially this seemed to be a great item...and it can be. This made a good latte (my go to drink) and a pretty good "drip" coffee. The grinder setup works great. The unit looks nice and is very user friendly. The reasons that I returned it were twofold. The milk steaming/foaming process takes forever. this could probably be forgiven and is the lesser of my two problems. The nail in the coffin for me was the drip tray. This seems silly but having to empty/clean the drip tray after every three-or-so drinks is a pain. Even if you don't drip any fluids in there yourself, the machine purges the brew group so much that it fills the drip tray up by itself often. Very often. And the drip tray is a bit cumbersome to empty and clean as it is in several pieces/layers. After using this several times I couldn't deal with emptying the trip tray constantly. If you have lots of time... this machine might be a good choice for you.
