I don't like the plastic which doesn't have much of thankfully but other than that it's really dang good it is easy to set up, easy to maintain, easy to fill, easy to drink from, overall great product with features. I've only had this for about 2 weeks so if it breaks after this who knows… anyway with any product be weary, it's just chance and luck

I am not the biggest coffee drinker, but my husband is and so much of our money was going to the local coffee shop, that we decided to invest in this machine. We're able to be coffee snobs and play with flavors. Even though the price tag is above a standard coffee maker, we've overall saved so much money in the time we've had this because we never go to the coffee shop. It makes the house smell great, too! Very happy with this purchase!
