Amazing coffee machine smells great and coffee comes out tasting great. This is a great starter machine

The quick set up guide, along with the water hardness test made this machine simple to get going. Once set up the ease of this system can not be praised enough. I was able to walk my wife through how to brew over the phone after only having the machine for one day. I can not stress this enough, if you are on the fence about buying this just do it.

This machine teaches you to make good coffee, it's called Barista Assist. This is an all in one machine as it can make drip coffee, espresso, lattes, steam wand, etc. Ninja has knocked it out of the park with this product. It has been compared to machines costing 4 times as much!

this product is like having a coffee shop at home, makes great coffee, works relatively fast, and most importantly, the investment is worth it, you will save money in the long run

Overall I am loving this machine. It takes away a lot of the guess work when making espresso so it’s great for a beginner like myself. The regular drip coffee, and cold brew are also really great. I probably will never go to Starbucks again

Went from using a nespresso machine to upgrading to this. It makes it very easy for a first time espresso machine operator. Set up is very simple and it makes a great shot.

Love this thing! Would be a 5 but the grinder is a little wonky. Havent decided if its me or the machine. Coffee tastes great though and it does much of the guess work for you.

Great espresso machine for a beginner or for someone experienced. The machine is goof proof. It will tell you step by step on making a coffee or a espresso. Don’t regret this purchase one bit. Keeps saving me money every month by making my own Americanos and lattes at home.

Coffee is delicious. My only complaints. If it runs out of coffee beans during a grind, it starts over no matter what is in the portafilter. It doesn’t always get the amount of water correct. Drip coffee Sometimes you get 3/4 of a cup sometimes it slightly overflows the cup

Works great, even for a family that has never used this type of coffee maker. It's easy to set up and use, the coffee is delicious! Very heavy and high quality components. Overall pleased with it!
